trying to install skype for a friend on vista and it appeared to work well until the video started and it freezes. The video of the person I am trying to speak to just freezes but the snapshot photos appear to be in real time. many thanks for looking into it!

I tried to download Skype onto my husband's new nettop which operates on Win XP. I get the "SkypeSetup.exe is not a win32 valid application". I see galvan_honorio asked about this on Aug. 19 but I do not find an answer. I had no trouble downloading Skype onto my laptop running on Vista. I am not a techie. Does someone know how to fix this or work around it?
