Use Skype Video as a free home or office watcher

Hi Jaanus - I'm the winner of the Skype B-Day card contest and I have a comment/question related to this post.
I would love to add video to my Skype experience. Where can I find the list of Skype certified webcams? And why aren't all webcams supported?

In it, there is a link (www.skype.com/go/shop.accessories) for purchasing a compatible webcam from Skype but it leads to a list of accessories - none of which are webcams. *scratching head* Have any ideas?
