Trackback "throttled" errors on our blogs ... fixed
If you tried to trackback to the blogs here on blogs.skype.com, you may have gotten a "403 Throttled" error, even though everything was OK on your side. Whoops. Sorry about that. Turns out there was some stuff missing from our configuration. All fixed now, so if it failed previously, feel free to re-post your ping.

ideally make these settings available in online blog/system configuration.
