Kevin from TOM
China is one of biggest "Skype countries" in terms of people using Skype. So we work a lot with TOM who manages the Skype business in China. We often meet to discuss things, whether at TOM or at one of Skype's locations.
We had a few TOM people over in Tallinn for a week. So I talked to Kevin to learn more what he does and what TOM and the Chinese telco market in general is up to.

**Today we have an interview with Kevin from TOM. Perhaps Kevin, you can first tell us a bit in your words about what is TOM and what does TOM do?**

Help!Help!
Tom, I am living in Tianjin and teaching English at Nankai University. I have been using Skype since last fall and have found it to be a wonderful tool to help me keep in touch with my family and friends in the US. However, this last week I updated to the new camera version and have had problems ever since. When I try to call, the sound on both my end and the receiver's end is very garbled and my mouse cursor movements becomes very erratic. Would you let me know what the problem is or send this to someone who can let me know what to do. My email is birdd@byui.edu. Thank you!!!

Jaanus, thanks for posting this but I don't think it helps clarify any of the serious questions and concerns some of us have raised with you. Why didn't you answer all the questions and comments people left on your post about the TOM-Skype partnership and your decision to go with TOM's censorship system for your Chinese-language chat client??? I see you did not discuss this with Kevin, or at least you did not post any discussions you had with him on this question. Why are you avoiding a serious conversation with your users?

I am a new Skype user. I use it for video conversations, not just voice.
Will Tom-Skype allow me to web cam from China back to my home in Canada?
