Elderly people like Skype in a Finnish test
Here's a test conducted in Finland about what elderly people think of various Instant Messengers. Skype was apparently liked more than the others. Here are some key points translated by a native speaker (thanks Mikko -- Estonian and Finnish languages are equally wacko for the rest of the world

Fun fact: the Finnish translation of Skype is done by a volunteer who works as an organist in a church.

I have to say that since I have downloaded Skype a while a go, it has got better, and it is the best Internet chat software I have ever used!
It leaves Msn, Yahoo and the others way behind, nothing compares to skype, if it wasn't for this great bit of software I wouldn't be able to be in regular conatct with my friend in the U.S.A

Hi i sell on the net WWW.COOLBUCKLES.COM . I have a good idea since i Speak French, English, Portuguese and Spanish. I attend all my customers in all these languages by email. My question is why can't i have a "SKYPE voice" icon on my web site with this on it....................................Example................... "CALL US" .....from 9am to 2pm ......[clic for PORTUGUESE] [click for SPANISH] .....[clic for ENGLISH] ..... [clic for FRENCH] ............................................................In ALL different Languages that i have chosen. Also with voice mail and a hold message that i would dictate for each language for the waiting customer on voice line. I THINK THIS IS A GREAT IDEA SINCE THE WORLD IS COMING MORE AND MORE TOGUETHER WITH THE INTERNET AND ALOT OF MULTILINGUAL BUSINESS WEB SITES WOULD ADOPT THIS SKYPE VOICE ON THEIR WEB SITE.
