Login problems? No more!

As early as in May this year, some users had told us that they cannot login to DevZone with their Skype name and password. We filed a bug in Jira, and finally managed to resolve it today.

To cut the long story short: if you have reset your Skype password then you must change the password again from within your Skype Client before you can log in to DevZone.

@s.shimmi: login where? devzone wiki or jira? if jira then you must sign up to jira (with your skype name and password) before you can sign IN to jira. see https://developer.skype.com/Support/Jira for details.

My girlfriend changed her address from Finland to Spain in her account information. After that she can not use her account anymore. What happened?

Everyone, please use http://support.skype.com for customer support requests. This blog post was about logging into Skype Developer Zone, not into the Skype client program.
