If the person you’d like to call has a Skype account, once you find a wifi hotspot, you can call them for free. You can make the Skype call right from your mobile phone. Here’s how to make a free video call on an iPhone, a Windows Phone, an Android phone, or a Blackberry 10.

Buy a little Skype credit

Maybe you’d just like to leave a quick message on a mobile phone or a landline to let your mom or sister know you’re ok.
