Business owner and travel enthusiast Amy McIlwain, founder of Financial Social Media, knew she wanted to be an entrepreneur as early as age five when she spearheaded her own lemonade stand. Fun fact: Amy traveled and worked remotely for her entire first year in business, relying on the help of Skype to grow her staff by six, half of whom she hadn’t met in person.
