Not All Those Who Browse Are Lost
I often post information here which, I hope, helps people with issues they’re having with Skype. But this isn’t the only place you can come to for information on Skype. Skype Support is jam-packed with everything you ever wanted to know about Skype. Today I’m going to give you a few tips on the best ways to navigate through all that information.
Get information for the right operating system
If you’ve found what you need but it’s for the wrong operating system, there’s an easy way to find the same information for other devices. If the same information is available for other operating systems you’ll see this block at the top of the article.
The list may look different from FAQ to FAQ depending on whether the feature is supported on other devices or not.
Categories can help if you’re not sure what to search for
If you haven’t quite found what you’re looking for or you’re not sure what to look for, you might find browsing the FAQs by category helpful. You can see the full list of categories on the support home page and use them to narrow in on the right article for you.
The Skype Community is a great source of answers
While browsing Skype Support you will probably see some of the many areas where we highlight relevant discussions on the Skype Community. For example, when viewing a FAQ you will see related Community discussions on the right.
We work hard to make sure our FAQs answer the most common questions about Skype. However, if you can’t find your answer on Skype Support, there is loads more information to be found in the Skype Community.
If none of the above have helped you find an answer to your question you can always ask it in the Community and get a response from other experienced users.
