Currently there are 4 Belarusians working for Skype in Prague. One of them, Natallia Reshytnik, considers working at Skype as a significant career achievement. ”It’s my 4th year at Skype. I’ve joined as a senior quality engineer and now I lead a testing team of one of Skype’s core products. What could I say about Skype? It’s a challenge. A challenge to work together with brilliant people, a challenge to develop one of the most popular software products in the world, a challenge to make some things better, a challenge to help people, a challenge to make history…“
She also praises Skype Prague office to be the perfect place to work at. “When I joined Skype, there were less than 20 people in the office. We were like a big family. Now, when the number of employees has grown over 100, we still try to save ‘family’ traditions – we throw grill parties where all employees and their partners are always welcomed, people bring their kids after school hours to have fun and play around with other kids. And on occasion you can even meet a lovely dog in the kitchen ready to become you best-friend-forever just for one sausage. “
