On a quest to capture some of the distinctive styles and delicious flavors from around the world, Skype has brought together an expert panel of chefs and food connoisseurs to offer their insights on global cuisine. We connected these masters of the kitchen on a group video call to introduce native dishes, showcase their favorite ingredients, and debate key issues within the food industry. With diverse backgrounds and experience, they jump right in to a wide range of topics surrounding all things food.
