1. The Great Pyramid of Giza
Why not start with the only intact Wonder of the Ancient World? Built over 4,000 years ago, making an international call from this stunning structure would certainly be a conversation starter.
2. The Colosseum
When Rome’s most famous landmark is mentioned, visions of Gladiators and lions come to mind – but why not Skype? Making a video call from the arena should be a snap if there is WiFi access – it’s right in the centre of town.
3. The Leaning Tower of Pisa
After you’ve finished in Rome, just head north for the world’s favourite defective building. You could even hold your phone, iPad or laptop at an angle to confuse the folks you’re calling.
