Joining Forces to Help Support and Connect Military Families
Today, we came across a series of public service announcements on the Whitehouse.gov site about the Joining Forces initiative, asking Americans to take action to support the military and their families.
To inspire everyone’s participation, Joining Forces rolled out some terrific videos starring well-known celebrities Steven Spielberg, Tom Hanks, Oprah Winfrey, as well as First Lady Michelle Obama and Dr. Jill Biden. These videos share the heartfelt stories of military families separated by distance but connecting over video calls to stay in touch and participate in important life moments.
