I;ve signed up for Skype to go, but when I enter my registered number on my mobile phone I get “No such number”. Please advise why.

Hey Peter… the terms of this offer indicate “Existing Skype To Go users are not eligible.” I had not signed up before, however about 2-3 weeks ago I received a notification that I was automatically assigned a skype to go number for my area. How can I receive my credit if Skype already assigned my number for me before the promotion? Making me an existing user without my intervention..?
it’s sad to me that as a loyal Skype2Go user I don’t qualify… super-sad!

Like always Skype tries to get advantage of the people who doesn’t like to fight for the specials they offer. Today I received the “voucher” and when I tried to redeem it (it’s not difficult just click the link they provide into the email and copy paste the voucher number) and guess what??? the Voucher wasn’t found… Shocking??? Very skype style… always have to fight for everything with them…. Now I have to contact the customer service and wait couple days to receive a very stupid answer and reply them, wait for another couple days and maybe then they will solve the problem…. DON’T make this offers if you’re not willing to make them Good.
I,ve set up my Skype to go number, made a call on the 14 Aug, received a voucher number but when I try to redeem it the number is not recognised. Please advise why.

Hey guys – what gives – I’m getting a “Voucher not found” message when trying to redeem my $5.
I registered the skype to go at Aug. 14 and received the voucher by email today. But when I try to redeem it, the website told me “Cannot find the voucher”.
Sorry to those of you who had problems redeeming the voucher – you should have received a second email with the correct code.
I have a question about a skype to go number….can I use this to call other skype users…using their skype name….or is this only to telehone numbers? Thanks
