I downloaded the latest SkypeSetup.exe from your website, but when I try to install on my netbook it has an error message about this not being a Win32 application or something…any help?

Sorry to hear that – try removing the installer and trying again. That may help; if it doesn’t, you might like to try a different web browser.

Skype is a great toool that saves me and my business plenty of £$€ every day, but recently when I tried connect on airports with the Boingo Network I get an RADIUS error when selecting Skype roaming and submitting my Skype uname/pwd. I have credit on the account.. Am I doing it wrong – should I launch Skype instead?

Cancelling Skype monthly subscription isn’t rocket science. Yet I can’t find the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button on any Skype webpage after logging in. I found the HELP page alright. It says ‘go to the subscription page and click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION’. I tried but it isn’t there! I don’t want to keep being charged for Skype subscription service which I don’t need next month. Why does Skype hide the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button? I want my money back!

    Overcharging
How come it says app. 1.49 dk/minute, yet my account is charged almost 25 dkk for 80 seconds and when you try to contact SKYPE to ask them there are no contact possibilities?

That is roughly 15 times the price stated!!!

    BR Bjorn
