AudioCodes, Grandstream and VoSKY awarded Skype for SIP interoperability
Skype continues to gain momentum with its Skype for SIP Open Beta programme, which now adds IP PBXs and gateways for small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) from AudioCodes, Grandstream Networks and VoSKY to the list of those leading hardware solutions that are now certified as interoperable with Skype for SIP.
The following are these vendors’ products to have recently passed the Skype for SIP interoperability testing conducted by TekVizion Labs, the independent and objective verification and testing service which has been selected to run the Skype for SIP Interoperability Certification Program:
- AudioCodes Mediant 1000 Multi-Service Business Gateway.
- Grandstream GXE502x IP PBX
- Grandstream GXW4xxx Analog Gateway
- VoSKY SSG
The Skype for SIP Interoperability Program is part of Skype’s efforts to ensure that small and mid-sized businesses already running an IP PBX, analog PBX or key system can integrate Skype for SIP into their present communications solution.
