    Hi!

I am not so sure yet on how to make a new post so I am just going to leave this idea and question here:
    1. Have you considered (or is it already possible) to transfer to another user credit? Similar to what you can do with cellphones?
    2. How to I enable name recognition? Which by the way is great.

    Thanks,

    Paola Valle.

Things You Might Not Know You Can Do With Skype.

YES, I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SEND MESSAGE USING ALT+S AND I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CLOSE WINDOW USING CTRL+W IN SKYPE 4.X.

PLEASE, WHY ARE YOU FORCING ME TO USE OLD SKYPE 3.8? WHAT DID I DO TO YOU?

    Dear sir,

I don’t know if you have any way in helping me with passing this message to the skype development team, but please help me out with this if you can: the new way in which the file transfers are embedded in the chat window in skype 4+ is simply unbearable for many of us skype users, as you just launch a file transfer, keep chatting until the progress bar gets scrolled out of sight in the chat window, and you never know what’s going on with your transfers, it’s EXTREMELY frustrating to some of us (i uninstalled and went back to 3.2 version).

PLEASE, if you can, ask the developers to just add a check-box in the preferences so that we can still enable separate file transfer windows, as it used to be prior to the 4.x series.

We are Internet TV set top box manufacturers with mainly selling to Europe & USA. Is there anybody can contact us to discuss this huge business opportunity. Thanks.

HI! Im using the “portable version”! maybe I dont know I dan do it and how…
But, sometimes I connect from where I can not talk, only headset possible, for hear, eg. school and library
So I can only write in “chat” command line mode, write text.
On the other side of communication instead they can talk and use the “video” mode fully, talk and see!
So I would like a mix of “video” mode and “chat” text mode!
    Is that possible??????
I want to see and hear them, but me talk and answer only by “chat” text mode.
    Can I do that??????
    Thanks
    Dan

There must be a reason Skype dont have an area to leave (or if they do it well hidden!)coments and complaints… that because the server would crash from all the things customers have to say. Only 1 out of about 20 calls make it through!!!!! Common skype pull your act together – you frustrating the hell out of me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trying to use SKYPE which works wonderfully in Windows with my mic plugged into the in-line jack. In Linux, however, nothing can see my mic. I feel I’ve tried everything such as playing with all the settings in the volume control preferences. It seems like maybe it’s a driver issue but that would be strange. Do you have any idea as to what the problem might be? And no, the Linux onboard recorder does not recognize the in-line mic either.
I am a newbie and am wondering if you can suggest anything for a problem I’m having. I’m running Ubuntu 9.10, Karmic Koala, on a Dell Precision M6400, laptop. Would be grateful for your help. bigjeff1002@yahoo.com

OK so the developer page is down right now but i had to leave a suggestion before i forget. Well now i have 2 suggestions. Originally i just wanted to say you should make the emoticon XD which is a face laughing so hard it’s eyes are closed… I like it. But it is such a pain to find any where to add a suggestion. I would like to see a suggestions option built into the Skype options so I don’t have to hunt the website at all (and become late for work). put it on the bottom of the advanced tab. I bet you’d get alot of helpful feedback.

I believe it would be really v. beneficial for you to add the ability to add ‘find friends you know on Facebook/Linkedin’ Is this something you’ve considered?

Are you familiar with inbound marketing and HubSpot?

    I’d apreciate a response please?

    Many Thanks!
