Unlimited calling for you and your employees

Skype’s calling subscriptions provide unlimited* calls to landlines (and mobiles in some countries). They offer a very cost effective solution for businesses. You can choose one country, one region, or a worldwide subscription covering 36 countries. Subscriptions start from as little as €2.95 per month for unlimited country.

There are no long-term contracts and you can choose the subscription that suits you best.

Subscriptions can now be purchased via the Business Control Panel, our free online tool to help you manage Skype in your business. This makes it easy for to centrally manage your company’s Skype calling subscriptions.

How does it work?

1. Log in to your control panel (If you don’t already have one you can register for free)

2. Make sure you have some credit on your account

3. Go to the subscriptions page

1.setup-small.png

4. Select the member or members you want to assign a subscription to

2.choosemembers-small.png

5. Choose the appropriate subscription

3.choose subscription-small.png

The cost of each subscription will be deducted from your Control Panel credit each month.

Read more about the subscriptions.

* The legal bit – as part of our fair usage policy you’ll get up to 10,000 calling minutes per month per subscription. Subscriptions are for individual use only. Each subscription is to be used by one person only and is not to be shared with any other user (whether via a PBX, call centre, computer or any other means).

I this subscription also propose a phone number. I already have pro skype in phone numbers allocate that I want to keep and was wondering if subscribing to this service will change the phone numbers I am already using (and that would be a real problem !).
Please answer on revelateur_image@yahoo.fr or tell me who I can ask for this (and guarantee I can have an answer !)
    Many thanks in advance

I have the same question as previous poster: Will subscribing to “Unlimited calls” prolong my already present SkypeIn-number or give me a new, second number? I’ve written your support without receiving an answer. Please answer hans.filipsson@independentliving.org. Thanks beforehand.

    Hi Scott,
This is my very first post so I hope you approve me and answer my query. Thanks in advance.
Can you please let me know wehther or not subscriptions purchased via the Business Control Panel can be paid every 12 months, instead of every month, as it is offered when you purchase an individual subscription?
If yes, how can it be done? I don’t seem to find the way to do it.
    Thanks and regards,
    José.

I’m so annoyed you haven’t take into account Romania as an E.U. country. at almost over 25.000.000 citizens you would gain a valuable market. We’re waiting for any change regarding this issue. Thank you Skype in advance!

On the line where you put: There are no long-term contracts and you can choose the subscription that suits you best. the link is wrong: httphttp://www.skype.com/business/allfeatures/subscriptions/ (you have http twice).

If you buy a subscription and allocate it, the user gets an online number.
However if an online number is owned by the BCP you cannot use a subscription to pay for it.

I transferred 2 online numbers to my BCP which had been covered by by subscriptions. The numbers then expired and cost twice as much to renew using the BCP.

Correct me if I’m wrong but I would not advise anybody to transfer a number to a BCP if you use a subscription to pay for them.

I have been waiting to get my service connected and it has nearly been a month … signed up for a 3 month subscription on 7th Jan 2009 and on 4 Feb 2009 still NOTHING.

I would advise anyone to be wary of passing over money to Skype as to date they have not honoured their contract with me. What company gets away with taking your money… issuing you with a receipt and not delivering the goods???? I guess if you are big enough you can get away with anything!!!!!

I would love to be able to write a glowing letter of recommendation but as yet all I can say is ………. beware before you part with any money folks!!

I wonder if anybody from Skype is reading this forum .
There were several people asking for Romania to be included and you did not even bother to reply with an answer in this forum , negative or positive.
I can’t understand how could you include Croatia , Hungary or even Bulgaria as they are tiny countries compared to Romania .
Or probably you are not aware yet that Romania is part of EU.The telecommms are very developed nowadays in Romania so I can’t justify why you have not included us.

Another request for Romania. I have a Skype enabled phone in UK and yet, unfortunately, I have to pay for another line just to speak with my family in Bucharest. What is even more annoying, T-mobile, Orange or O2 actually offer better tarrifs than Skype for landlines/mobiles (almost half the price for landlines) and, also, there are other VoIP companies (PhoneCheap is the first that comes to mind) that charge 1p/minute for landline calls to Bucharest. What is going on, Skype?

And another request for Romania is coming for Spain. I hope will be soon possible because Skype is losing a big opportunity. I just hope that somebody is readind this.

Pls add vietnam into the list. I have spent more than enough so please add it in the unlimited world. Else, have an unlimited country. I am willing to pay for it.

yes, it would be very helpful to have a plan available for Romania (being included in the Unlimited Europe or even world would make sense) – I’m doing business with Romania and a plan would be great.
