SDP Proudly Presents Our New and Improved E-mail Address for Invoices

It is our (and most particularly Antoine’s) pleasure to inform the publishers of commercial Extras that your invoices should no longer be sent to Antoine’s professional e-mail address.

As a side note, we have added a small section to the DevZone, to explain some of the aspects of receiving payments for Extras more clearly.

I have tried skype 3 times and paid my 10.00 fee and it was charged to my bank so I know they got the money each time but when I tried to make a call a screen would pop up and say sorry your call did not go through bye min. but I know they had the money because my bank statement showed where it was taken out so they riped me off for 30.00 now I tell everyone that if they Wat a phone system on their computer to use yahoo messenger with voice plus I have not been able to contact skype to complain to them what I am going to do is turn in a complaint to the FCC I am very low income so I can’t have a company ripping me off then not have a way to contact them I hope this gets to the big shots and they will look into it so I hope all the people will change in protest

    Sent to the FCC
I had a $48 balance in my Skype account, GNT0001. Skype recently deleted my balance, claiming it because the account wasn’t used in the last 180 days. They claim I was notified, but no one is stupid enough to allow that much money to be claimed by a company when a simple $.50 call would prevent it, which is evidence that I was not notified. Further, Skype doesn’t provide adequate access to their customer service department to resolve this problem. FCC Tracking Number

Since you did not get my other email response to your billing notice, here it is.

You might consider discussing that practice with the FCC. I never received any of your “Notices” and I will not tolerate this action of yours. Unless you want to deal with a class action, you had better credit my account back my $48. I have used Skype within the last 30 days and I can assure you that you sent me no email warnings like you said and you will need evidence that you have when I sue you. You better have some email receipts to show for your notices or figure out how to defend yourselves in court. I find this entire process totally outrageous and will make sure that Oprah Winfrey is FULLY apprised of this, so that she doesn’t’ keep promoting your video business on her show. I think you probably know how much Oprah detests negative press. I have never read anything in your paperwork indicating that you would perform such acts of extortion on the public, but I am sure my attorneys will be happy to explore all of the ways we can approach this obnoxious travesty of ecommerce. My senators and congressman will also be very interested in knowing what you have done here, so plan on hearing from them also. The only thing that currently saves your butts is that the FCC has taken such a hands off approach to managing the Internet. However, there are certainly other ways to address this issue. I hope the $48 is going to be worth all of the negative response I will create for you for stealing it.

See you in the court of public opinion, the public domain and up through the courts’ system of the United States.

    Sincerely,

    William Saunders

Can you please help me out here. I signed up with skype to use it internationally. However, I am a bit confused, and need some help learning about Skype. I have danced all over the Skype site, and this is the first
e-mail address I have come across. So here I am writing to you in hopes of clearing up my dilemma. I would like to know how to communicate with customer service via an e-mail address, or even a phone number. I did read a few very negative comments on a blog, and I am also concerned about that.

They want our name, country, state, city, language, gender, birthdate, website, e-mail address, phone number and contacts as well as our method of payment. Yet they fail to supply us (their customers) with some contact information for us to communicate with them such as an e-mail address and a phone number where a person answers the phone. You have offices in various locations, so please give us the contact info for all your customers in the United States of America, and for those in other countries as well. Thank you for any and all your help and consideration in resolving this situation.

    Regards,
    Margi Horn
