After the 2. step of the order I get this nice message:

HAHA, Skype is becoming a joke.
I could not purchase an SkypeIn number for Germany as a German company via the business panel at all. (Tried different systems and computer but never worked)
it still doesn`t work. Can`t get any German number at Step 2.

This is the email I received last week:
“Hi there Wilhelm Lack,
Thanks for buying a SkypeIn number. We’re happy to confirm your payment. You should be able to start using your number immediately.
Your new SkypeIn number is .
In most cases, you can immediately start using the product you bought. However, in some cases, you may have to wait up to an hour for it to activate…”
If anybody of you can identify my new number now I would be more than grateful…
As soon as I realize that Skype really took the money without providing a number I will accuse the company for fraud!

I also did get the e-mail with no number shown, where it say´s:
“Your new SkypeIn number is .”
But just a few seconds later (I had written a complaint to skype meanwhile… SORRY!!!) my new – GERMAN – number appeared right in my account !!!
So please Wilhelm – or what ever your name will be – go,
1st. – click onto account…
2nd. – click onto show my account…
… and if I´m not mistaken, there you will find your purchased phone-numbers.

Unfortunately SkypeIn for Ireland seems to be gone again. That’s the second time in the space of two weeks. Can someone at skype support take a look at this ASAP. It appears to be a similar issue to last time No incoming calls get through. Just an engaged tone every time.

Still doesn’t work in France. If you input Paris as the city name and 75012 as the zip code, you get an error message “Entered city name and zip code do not match”….
The problem is that both entries are perfectly correct : 75012 is one of the twenty zip codes covering Paris!
Someone knows a work around?
Why does Ireland (6 million people) have SkypeIn numbers, while Holland (16 million people) doesn’t?

Hi, is there any network that support the use of skype in Germany,spain or France.
What I mean is that eg in England you will have to have a mobile phone contract or pay as you go with 3G network, So which network do one have to have in order to have access to mobile skype phone.
Help!!!
I bought a Skype number in Australia but I am unable to call local land lines for free. Everytime I call a local land line the call fails because I haven’t got enough credit. Can anyone help?? Gery
