But.. maybe you should also be testing your callers for quality assurance? I hear that telemarketing is growing on skype at an alarming rate… Which in the end is going to waste your, and innocent users’ bandwidth..
I love skype. But I am scared that our connections will be taken over by the sometimes-plague that we all like to call “advertising”.

You can change your privacy settings to stop anyone but people you want contacting you from calling you. Tools -> Options -> Privacy and set it to allow only authorized contacts to call you.

Hee – bug fixed. Actually – it was not about proofreading – E just escaped from sign – probably planned to find some Excitement. But it seems bug reporting is powerful tool.

When will you have Skype video for Macs? It’s really a pain, and the only thing stopping my entire family from switching from AIM to Skype. (that’s a lot of people by the way)

Skype will have video for Mac, but there is no public release date. Keep an eye on http://blogs.skype.com/sites/mac/ – it’s the best best for Skype for Mac questions and tips.

How do I get someone to respond when I have posted to solve a problem with my SKYPE CREDIT??? It’s been taken from my bank account. I have PAID for skype credit but still cannot call Internationally and cannot send SMS …someone please!

I m presently in malaysia and using skype,it is very good but yesterday night i faced a problem,when i tried to call home by skype(Paid).My voice cannot reach but i can here their voice and same thing happening now that’s why i m writing comment.Do u have any on line no so that we can make complaints so that some one look for this matter.What to do now let me know.

Hi, I dont know exactly where to put this, I love skype and I am having some troubles with wrong support information regarding the services. Anyway, just to let you know, there a brazilian site where most of the skype users can post complaints, like the complaintsboards.com website, below I left the link there are a bunch of complaints (more than 200) and for Skype seems really bad had no one answered the customers, the company´s image is everything, so this website is really very serious and most of people get tips and consult it before acquire any service, please forward my comment for whom you think is responsible, you guys need to answer and pay attention on what customers are saying, cheers.
