Guys, I am just wondering how SkypeOut is making his prices. How are they adding countries to global rate? Why some countries-the rich ones- are on that list and opposite to call “poor” countries is more expensive. Just an example. Romania. What is wrong with Romania that you don’t allow “she” in the Global Rate countries list? Please could you do it? There are plenty of Romanian users, really good people. They deserve to be on that list.
Any chances for this?
