SkypeOut rates changes — more countries to Global Rate, some increases

Some SkypeOut rates are changing.

### Rates decreases and new countries to Global Rate

As of this morning (8 AM GMT to be precise), there are new regions included in the Global Rate, where calling costs just 0.017 €/minute. These are Estonia, Singapore, Singapore (Mobile), Republic of Korea, Republic of Korea (Mobile). Price to Estonian mobiles also decreased a bit.

### Rates increases

SkypeOut rates to some regions (Ecuador, Palestine Authority, Zimbabwe) will increase slightly on 8 AM GMT, April 21. (We give 30 days advance notice of all the increases.)

    Hey, Why don’t u change the SkypeOut rates to India. We have more than 50 million Indian people living abroad. I think, on the long run..Skype will benefit a lot from Indian expatriates who reach out to call their loves ones in India!! I talk atleast 20 min per day to my mom!! I and several other Indians would definately appreciate the move!!

    I would like to see ROMANIA added to the SKYPEOUT GLOBAL RATE. Right now I can get same rate somewhere else.

    Hi, Your global rates are brilliant, but to places like Finland, where they have pretty much abolished land lines so everyone has to use mobiles, it’s not much use having cheap/free calls if mobile calls aren’t included!?
