Looking for an inexpensive but professional voice mail service for our small home-based business in the US. Can you tell me if the voice mail feature on Skype is geared toward personal or business use?

How can we use a billing model for SkypeOut so that we are charged retrospectively for SkypeOut calls, rather than having to top up individual employees’ accounts when they run low?
Skype is more on business purposes. Most still prefer YM for personal voice chats since it’s for free.
