Quick post before breakfast.
I will give you a laugh at my expense this morning.
The apartment where I am staying has a kitchen so I went shopping for groceries yesterday.
I brought a nice chicken for the weekend.
When I opened the oven this morning I found out it wasn’t an oven at all. It’s a dishwasher… doh.
I wonder if it possible to boil a chicken in a dish washer, If get bored then I may find out.
For those that emailed for the Skype beta program, I will send out the invitations over the weekend.

Lester – yep, chicken should come out fine in the dishwasher – if you want less boiled and more baked then just skip the wash cycle and put in on dry (be sure that the air dry or energy saving button is not on). I posted to your previous posting as well – please read – I had invited to help you out while you are in town and to meet up with you – you could have been using my car and apt. since I’m not there until Monday night anyway (and hey – I’d be able to get a ride from the airport from you too).

ps guys you are all worry me with your knowledge of dishwasher cooking. I though it was impossible to cook a meal in a dishwasher but people are sending me entire recipes.
anyone got any good beer or wine recipes from water? Now that would be cool.
