Funny how the last Skype PC version 2.0.0.81 from February 8 is already trademarked by the new eBay “Skype Limited” but new the Skype PPC version from Yesterday is still by “Skype Technologies S.A.”
I am sure they will fix this little typo very soon.

Versions 1.1/1.2 and 2.0 work beautifully on my Palm Treo 700w (240×240 screen). Why is it not listed as a supported device?

It is not possible for me to load the skype page for downloading the newest Version via WM2003 SE on my Loox 720. Doing it with PC and Active Sync is working very good.
The page shows only up to choose the brand and then it stopps.

Skype works fine on my Axim x51V when I am connected directly to the internet via WiFi, but does not work when I go through the proxy server at work. Skype for my notebook works perfectly from work using the same proxy server. WHY?

Will Skype 2.1 install on my X30?
I have a Dell X30 with a 312Mhz clock speed processor, but the processor is overclocked to 450Mhz and runs faster in the real world than my Loox 420.

petiest, i have the same iPaq HX4700 and i can’t even make skype install on my PDA. it tells me that i need a new version. i tried the .cab file, it tells me that it is not for the right device. i find the Skype pages that refer to Pocket PC extremely badly maintained; they keep directing me to the Skype for Mobile. Can somebody help with direct information how to donwload skype for Pocket PC iPaq HX4700 with WiFi? I also would like to know what is the fix for petriest’s problem, since i am facing the same one (if Skype gets downloaded on my PDA at all). thanks
