Hello.
I have two questions.
1.
Why does my skype crashes when using the videoversion 2.0.
I can seee video, and twoway phoneline is ok.
But my camera crashes skype it seamts.
Webcam Logitech (vers. unknown)
OS:XP
HW: Compaq Pressario
The webcam works fine with MSMessaging
2. Is there a skype version for Nokia Communicator?

The Nokia Communicator uses Symbian Series 80. If they’re going to release Skype for Symbian, it’ll probably be Series 60 first (more widely used, only Nokia enterprise phones use S80).
The netgear skype wifi phone is something long awaited and if it is skype approved even better.
More technicals about it could be interesting to know like range of the wifi,battery,etc…
Actually,I am walking around with a pocket pc, but it is far from ideal.
Also, a lot of wifi connections are secured and it makes impossible to carry any skype calls

Beware of the Skype accessory shop! This happened to me: I purchased the Dual-Phone in June 2005 via the shop. In Dec 05 it broke down (microphone broken). I returned the package with letter to the company DOCdata/Skype in D-36272 Niederaula (Germany), that’s the company which sent me the phone and invoiced me. They did not accept the parcel, it was returned by the post with remark “Refusé”, i.e. addressee did not accept parcel. It then was very difficult to get a ticket number via Skype as Skype software did not accept the mandatory Order-Number for many trials (“Order number does not exist”). Finally, Order number was accepted and I got a mail with ticket number and remark that “they will not answer within 2-4 days” and a “please do not bother us again”-phrase. That was on January 11, 2006 and I’ve heard nothing from Skype until today. The Dual Phone is sold cheaper in normal stores here and so, if broken, you could go, talk to a human being and get your problem sorted.
Seems that Skype is not able to handle their store, so I recommend to stay away.

I have just bought an SMC SKype wifi phone. It seems a little temperamental. It took ages to download the contacts from online and then seems to make peoploe offline when they are online. Now I notice that – after charging all ervening and night – the phone is nearly empty after being on for about 6 hours and in use for 10 minutes. That sounds pretty bad to me. What kind of battery life should I expect?

Hi, I was going to buy a e90 so I culd use it through Skype…..But after seening the above comments, I’m wondering if I would be wasting my money….If anyone has seen software for E90 so I could use Skype please advise me….
