2 times 11,50 euro has been withdrawn from creditcard, without uplifting my skype credit. I am unable to use skypout since dec. the 24th when these withdrawals occurred. All email msg’s on this to Skype remained un-responded. Please correct immediately PvdBerg Netherlands
I have basically the same problem. I got this trial voucher with like €0.50 and liked the low rates. So I used my pay pal account to purchase credit for skypeout. I got a Delivered status on the skype site and I got receipts from paypal with the amount. But neither My Account on the website nor the Skype Client shows any funds.
