Talking Headz
Last week was a busy week. We had Skype Night in London, we released the beta of Skype 2.0, I was out in Frankfurt for an eBay developer conference, and I have been trying to get the Gizmoz interview published.
]]>Well this week is going to be just as busy, but it’s also my last full week before Christmas. Next week I am off to Brazil and will be sitting on a beach in the sunshine for 2 weeks.
While Europe is gripped in a cold spell I will be drinking exotic drinks from coconuts and swimming in a luxury pool.
Now that makes me feel a little better this morning.
Gizmoz Talking Headz
Last week I meet with Eyal Gever from Gizmoz, while he was in London he dropped by the Skype office and we recorded an interview around their Talking Headz product.
If your not familiar with Talking Headz, it’s a amusing addon to Skype that’s adds text to speech, avatars and much more. In fact Talking Headz was a runner up in the Developer API competition a few months back.
The video has some great demos so I highly recommend that you take a look.

The info video was a bit long, but the heads look like they would be fun to play with. What an easy way to loose a few pounds…or change clothes…or a personality daily…or hourly!
