Could someone from skype administration help me please? I got a letter from Skype saying that you give me a gift of 120 free minutes – which I am very thankful for; the question is, how do I use them? in my skype window it still says 0.12 euros remaining.

The skype version with Video conferencing was terrible:
1- I couldn’t find how to start video conferencing
2- My computer began to have a very low performance, and get stuck many times after installing the new version of skype
3- The functionality of the new Skype in general was less user friendly.
I uninstalled it, and went back to use the old version without the video capability.
I Still consider Skype as a great achievement in the world of communication. Thank you so much for your efforts.

There is something wrong with your new video software. I bought the new logitech web cam fusion and it will not turn one, nor do i have anyplace on the screen to add video button. It works great with msn messenger’s new program on video calling. I have downloaded the 2.0 beta version which claims to be capable of video calling, so far i haven’t seen it work. Anyone out there that can help with problem.

Hi everyone.
Version 2.0 Beta worked with our logitech webcams (Qiuckcam 3000Pro & Quickcam Messenger). Here are my comments :
Good thing :
- Integrate in Skype
- Nothing to modify once the webcam is setup
Bad things :
- Video is not that smooth and most of the time it freezes.
- Can’t make multiple video conference in the same time.
So far Festoon plugin (www.festooninc.com) is still the best choice for video conferences… But I’m looking forward to the next RC of Skype 2.0

I think version 2.0 beta is great. Espascially the video. It works great. Looks great. Even on full screen. Maybe an extra button in a chat conversation to start a video call would be nice. But starting it from the list is also not that bad. And multiple video conferences would be nice. For the rest good work. Nice new cool blue layout and icons.

hi there – i would like to see a test-agent for video-calls – it is already available for voice (echo test service)and festoon has such an agent for video … just to try out the performance – thx a lot and by the way, up to now there were no problems with the beta … great work
VIDEO OPTIONS. I have downloaded the latest Skype but I cannot find VIDEO OPTIONS. Can anyone please tell me where I can find them so that I can set up a cam? Thanks
I don’t really see any forums dealing with the problems with sype which I have never had any until today for the past two hours trying to just buy credits. No suppot is being given for me and frankly I got really pissed for the first time in a long time as my calling someone is case sensitive. What is the problem skype? Why is it so difficult to buy credits as I have before? Same credit cards. Same address and still no response!!! No answers from skype either!!
